The Napa Valley Film Festival (NVFF) is proud to work with the CIA at Copia for the 7th annual event November 8-12. Festival passholders will be able to see many of the 124 new films featured at the festival at the Copia Theater; taste an extraordinary line up of Napa Valley’s finest wines and listen to local musical acts at the NVFF “Intermissions” each afternoon from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM; interact with entertaining partner exhibits; visit the Stella Artois beer garden; and experience the very unique culinary demonstrations presented by CIA Chefs, NVFF17 filmmakers, and guest chefs including Chris Cosentino (Acacia House, Cockscomb), Melissa King (Whole Foods Market Chef Ambassador), and celebrated sushi master, Chef Jake Rand. These lively demonstrations at the CIA Culinary Theater are one-of-a-kind events, and will make a lasting impact on everyone who attends. A delicious break from the films, parties, and special events.
For the festival week, 13 specially curated demonstrations are scheduled for each day, starting Thursday, November 9, at 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, and 3:00 PM. A special preview demonstration featuring the Wine Spectator’s Senior Editor with CIA Chef Sandy Sauter to discuss pairing food and wine for watching movies, is scheduled for Wednesday, November 8 at 3:00 PM.
